Company Overview
Solution Corner (1998) Public Company Limited was established on February 3, 1998, to operate a business focused on information technology system development, specifically software.
Today, we are no longer just a product vendor or service provider. We are a leading System Integrator (SI), providing comprehensive, integrated information technology and telecommunications solutions. Our services encompass consulting, design, and installation of computer hardware and network systems, as well as maintenance services. Our primary clients are government agencies and large state enterprises. We maintain customer service standards that fully comply with international quality management systems, holding certifications for ISO 9001:2008 and CMMi Level 3.
Since its inception, the company has experienced continuous growth. This is the direct result of our relentless focus on developing our personnel, optimizing our processes, and enhancing product efficiency. To support our business expansion, the company registered its conversion into a public company in 2004 and increased its registered capital to 50 million Baht. KGI was appointed as the financial advisor for the initial public offering on the MAI (Market for Alternative Investment). On October 8, 2004, the company commenced its first day of stock trading on the MAI under the ticker symbol "SLC". Currently, the company has increased its registered capital to 2,912,369,800.00 Baht and has a team of more than 100 professionals.
